I'm Sam, I live in Chicago with my girlfriend and cat. I went to film school and work as a freelance editor and occasional camera guy. I like writing but don't do it professionally (yet).

I hate doing in-person job interviews, but I am way better at them. I am seriously about 100 times more liking to freeze up on a simple question over the phone than I am in person.
Basically, that was a really poor showing from me for a job that I am, if anything, overqualified for.
