Because it is a fucking person. I would be okay with people having abortions if they just ADMITTED what they’re really doing, instead of making up bullshit to help them sleep at night.

If ever I was raped or something, I don’t give a fuck if it’s a person or not, I would get rid of it. I don’t need any help getting sleep at night. I’d probably try to kill the person who raped me too.

OH WELL.

People always use rape as an example. Like it’s there only defense, and really it is.  The truth is though, not just RAPE victims have abortions.

Selfish careless teenagers and adults who are too stupid or careless to protect themselves from getting pregnant just say “OH WELL 400 DOLLARS WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS”.

And it doesn’t make it any less disgusting.

It is disgusting and stupid of people to bypass protection and then say, “oh, whoopsedaisy, I guess I’ll just go have it sucked out.” But accidents do happen. Some people get pregnant even when they’re taking multiple precautions, and having something growing inside of you that you can’t take care of has to be pretty much the scariest thing in the world. It isn’t a nice thing to have to do, but some people have to. It shouldn’t be allowed to be used as birth control, and one could argue it could be completely prevented if people just abstained—-but that’s never going to happen. Humans like to fuck. It’s in our nature. And fucking exists for procreation, though we use it for pleasure, so nature’s going to try it’s hardest to make sure procreation happens.

Really the point is, no one should be forced with keeping something, growing inside of them for 9 months, when it is only there because of an accident. Some people could never love an accident. There are millions of people who do, millions of people who don’t go through with abortions, but it isn’t fair to make it illegal for the people who need them. And someone reblogged this somewhere else, mentioning how if it were illegal, people would still do it anyway, but it would just be in back alleys and it would be dangerous and filthy and physically and psychologically damaging.

Yes, I acknowledge that accidents like that happen. Today I have to pick up a 17 year old girl from the airport because her mother is sending her AWAY because she’s so embarrassed that her daughter got pregnant. Yet the girl is still having the baby, and giving it away. So I KNOW accidents happens.

But I still say that abortions are disgusting. That statement doesn’t make me some crazy christian, conservative, closed minded bitch, because I am none of those things. It’s just my opinion. I also acknowledge that people have different opinions.

And I never thought you were a crazy Christian so at least there’s that. I fully realize that some people are just opposed to some things because they personally feel it’s wrong. As long as you aren’t letting other people’s ideas influence yours. It’s whatever. …and I am much more of a person (meaning being in charge of my own body and who can be of merit at something) than a fucking zygote.  I’ll be damned if someone else, regardless of gender, is going to tell me what the fuck I can and can’t do with my own body.  Female sexuality is so fucking policed and stigmatized it makes me sick.

Why didn’t anyone just bring up the fact that “But it IS a person” is not a valid argument? It doesn’t actually refute the point this image is trying to make at all. It is just saying a thing. Seriously, why do people bother arguing with fucking morons like this?
