I'm Sam, I live in Chicago with my girlfriend and cat. I went to film school and work as a freelance editor and occasional camera guy. I like writing but don't do it professionally (yet).
I also run a (lazily updated) blog dedicated to cataloguing humorous observations from survival-horror games called Looks Like A Lever.
Here's my Last.fm

Brian Eno & David Byrne - “The Jezebel Spirit”
Roger Troutman - “So Ruff, So Tuff”
When I am rich and famous, I will arrange for this to be played every time I enter an event. Even if I’m late and the event in question is a funeral.
Meat Puppets - “Foreign Lawns”
I remember hearing In a Car for the first time. It was almost like the first time I heard “Punch Drunk” by Hüsker Dü, or like the time I discovered Deep Wound.
