Need a guitarist? I’ll just have to borrow someone’s guitar.
You can borrow mine! I will need to borrow someone’s bass, though.
I'm Sam, I live in Chicago with my girlfriend and cat. I went to film school and work as a freelance editor and occasional camera guy. I like writing but don't do it professionally (yet).
I also run a (lazily updated) blog dedicated to cataloguing humorous observations from survival-horror games called Looks Like A Lever.

Take your time. I only did mine so early because I’m required to have them turned in by Thanksgiving.
I was holding out for that new MBV album that’s supposed to be out by the end of the year, but it seems silly at this point.
I mean, I didn’t like it very much at all, but maybe I wouldn’t actively dislike it as much if they hadn’t canceled Bored to Death?
I didn’t think of it that way, but you’re right that it’s not good enough to be a worthy replacement for Bored to Death, which was really great.
It feels like everybody I know loves this record. I might have to give it a listen.
I was really skeptical at first because it starts off with a questionable Neil Young cover. I think it picks up towards the middle.
Corn tortillas and the classic hard shells are the only things I fucks with. Sometimes if I’m in the mood for it, I’ll go for spinach. But flour tortillas are so boring.
Corn tortilla > crunchy shell > flour tortilla (for tacos)
So yeah when I go to places like Taco Bell I usually get crunchy shell even though I think that’s kind of dumb too.
Corn tortillas forever.
Corn tortillas in my mind are the objectively correct tortilla choice for tacos. Flour tortillas are only fit for burritos and only because they tend to be physically sturdier than corn tortillas.
