I'm Sam, I live in Chicago with my girlfriend and cat. I went to film school and work as a freelance editor and occasional camera guy. I like writing but don't do it professionally (yet).
I also run a (lazily updated) blog dedicated to cataloguing humorous observations from survival-horror games called Looks Like A Lever.

‘Horror fan’ David Lynch, aged 11, meets Vincent Price.
Robbie and I watched this last night. I clicked on it on Netflix and I saw Vincent Price and I was like, “oh, Vincent Price is alright” and Robbie goes, “I LOVE VINCENT PRICE” which is the best answer because VP is hilarious. What I saw of it, I liked. You’ll have to ask him for a more cumulative review because I was asleep for a lot of it (a good marker of a good bf for me is someone who lets me sleep through a movie even though he drove an hour to my house to watch a movie with me).
This is a really good movie. The opening sequence and the old lady on the skateboard and the full size skeleton marionette all scared the shit out of me (as an adult).
